Article XVII — No Public Rights in the Development

Nothing contained in this Master Declaration shall be deemed to be a gift or dedication of all or any portion of the Development to the general public or for any public use or purpose whatsoever. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the lands included within the Development shall be subject to such public dedications and/or easements and rights-of-way as appear on the Subdivision Maps.
